The phrase "For What Matters" originated from our frustration with people in our line of work being overly focused on politics, pointless rules, and other distractions that didn't help us improve at our jobs. We weren't merely rebels for the sake of avoiding set regulations, but instead, we were challenging the rules and standards that diverted our attention from what truly mattered—our mission and being good at our jobs. Every action we take revolves around the principle of "For What Matters." We refuse to let unnecessary distractions take away from our real goals, whether they are related to our families, personal lives, or professions. We firmly believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and urge and encourage others to do the same.
FOR WHAT MATTERS.
